What if thoughts were like drugs and you took only the ones that made you feel good?
Good about yourself, good about what you are doing and where you are going?
What if we sorted them out by feeling like oh this one doesn't taste good, it makes my stomach feel sick and my brain spin in circles till I can't sleep at night?
What if we replaced those thoughts with ones we remembered felt good? The warm and fuzzies, the relaxed, and the happy.
Ones that make us laugh, ones that make us feel good inside.....even if only for moment to begin a new cycle, to break the static to, allow our minds a minute to focus outside the spinning circus.
Just some random thoughts.
